Yes. Anneau du Rhin is included in standard pricing. For other circuits in France or Europe, travel costs (transport, accommodation if needed) are calculated case by case and included in the quote. Please specify the location when you get in touch.
A video option is available as part of the Emotion — Sale service (short clip for vehicle listing). For corporate or event projects requiring full video coverage, I can refer you to specialist partners or incorporate the request into a bespoke Signature quote.
Usage rights delivered with each service cover standard personal and digital use (social media, personal website). For extended commercial use — press, advertising, brand campaigns — additional licensing is required and defined upfront in the quote. Everything is discussed before the shoot, no surprises.
As soon as your session ends, I select the best images, edit them quickly (crop, exposure, colour grade) and send you a private download link by SMS or email. These 15 photos are optimised for immediate sharing. The full high-resolution gallery follows within 3 business days.
For all services, a detailed quote is issued and must be signed before the assignment begins. This document specifies the conditions, delivery timelines, usage rights and payment terms. For Signature and Momentum (exclusive) services, a 30% deposit is required upon signing.
Weather is part of motorsport — rain, mist or difficult light can produce equally striking images. I adapt my approach and equipment accordingly. In the event of a full cancellation by the organiser, we'll agree on a reschedule or alternative solution. Travel costs already incurred may be retained depending on the quote terms.
Volume depends on the service chosen. As a guide: Emotion includes 10 to 15 edited photos, Emotion — Sale covers 40+ visuals (exterior, interior, details), Signature and Momentum are defined by quote based on duration and requirements. Quality always takes priority over raw volume.
Payment is by bank transfer. For smaller services (Emotion, Sale), the balance is due upon gallery delivery. For larger projects (Signature, Momentum exclusive), a 30% deposit is required at quote signing, with the balance due upon final delivery.
